The Bridge Lindsey Group never obtains customers card details; Sage Pay acts as a third party, eliminating the Bridge Lindsey Group’s liability for transaction related security issues. The payment service platform is designed with very high levels of security so credit and debit card details are protected from hackers. In addition, customers are protected from misuse of their card details through their credit/debit card issuer. If customers find a fraudulent transaction they can issue a 'notice of dispute' with their card provider who will reverse the transaction - this is known as a chargeback.

- Your financial details will never be passed to a third party.
- Your personal data will never be passed to a third party. The only information we at The Bridge Lindsey Group ever receives about you is a shipping address and this only with your express permission.
- You will receive no junk mail as a result of registering with the Bridge Lindsey Group unless expressly requested.
- We will never exploit your personal details in any manner.
Sage Pay provides the option to store your credit or debit card details in a secure e-wallet, so when shopping with us in future you need only provide your username, password and preferred payment method. The transaction process is simple and there is a full audit trail of where and how much has been spent.
Visa and MasterCard have developed more secure methods for authenticating the cardholder at the time of the transaction, called Verified by Visa - for Visa, Delta, and Visa Debit - and MasterCard SecureCode for MasterCard and Maestro.
Both require a password during the transaction process. As a cardholder, you first need to register your password for Verified by Visa or SecureCode with your card issuer. As yet there are no equivalents for Solo, American Express, and Diner’s Club.
MasterCard SecureCode enhances your current MasterCard card with a secret code to protect against unauthorized use of your card when you shop online at BL-Medical. An ever increasing number of financial institutions are embracing MasterCard SecureCode: check with yours to register for this enhanced security option.

Verified by Visa provides consumers with the protection to reduce the potential for unauthorized card usage on the Internet by giving online cardholders more control over when and where their cards are used. To date, more than 10,000 Visa financial institutions have implemented Verified by Visa.
